Your flowers will be delivered between 8am and 8pm, but if we’re exceptionally busy it could be between 7am and 9pm.
If you want to ensure you reach the recipient at home, please select one of our timed delivery options. We cannot guarantee the exact time your flowers will be delivered when you choose our standard free delivery.
If we can’t reach the recipient at home, we will leave your flowers in a secure place or follow delivery instructions provided. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to follow delivery instructions on each occasion.
